Mission: The Junior League of Syracuse, Inc. (JLS) is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

Vision: The JLS will be an organization of diverse women committed to enriching the quality of life for women, children and their families in the Central New York community.
